Contribution remittance instructions

Contribution data reports.  You may submit electronic or paper contribution data reports to the third-party administrator.  Although electronic is recommended, paper reports are still accepted via e-mail, fax, or regular mail.  DO NOT send contributions directly to the third-party administrator; the third-party administrator receives contribution data reports only.  Read instructions for submitting contributions below.

Contributions.  You may send contributions electronically (ACH or wire transfer) or via paper check to HRA VEBA Trust’s secure lockbox.  Electronic submission is recommended.  DO NOT send contribution data reports to the lockbox; the lockbox is for paper check contributions only.  Read instructions for submitting contribution data reports above.
